Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of windowsreno.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Renovations INC, operating as Renovations INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Renovations INC is a residential and commercial general contractor based in Sparks, Nevada, providing window replacement, siding installation, entry and patio doors, and remodeling services across Northern Nevada. We are licensed in the State of Nevada (License #NV 0077896A) and BBB Accredited.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates submitted through the Site are non-binding inquiries and do not constitute an offer or contract. A binding agreement is formed only when a written contract or work order is signed by both parties.

Estimates are based on information you provide and a visual assessment. Final pricing may change after on-site measurement, discovery of pre-existing conditions, or scope changes you request. Any change in scope will be documented and signed before work proceeds.

4. Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind every installation with a written workmanship warranty. The exact terms vary by project type and are provided in the work-order document for your job. Manufacturer warranties (James Hardie, Alside, LP SmartSide, Andersen, Jeld-Wen, Codel) pass through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms — we will register your products and provide warranty paperwork at completion.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by acts of nature beyond normal weather (earthquake, flood, fire)
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair after our work is complete
• Pre-existing structural conditions disclosed in writing before work began
• Normal wear and aesthetic changes (e.g., color fading within manufacturer tolerance)

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual work order. Typical projects require a deposit at signing, a progress payment at material delivery, and final payment upon completion and walk-through. We accept check, ACH, major credit cards, and approved financing through our financing partners. Late payments may accrue interest at the rate permitted by Nevada law.

6. Cancellation & Right to Rescind

If you sign a contract at your home (door-to-door or in-home presentation), Federal Trade Commission rules give you the right to cancel within 3 business days with no penalty. Your work order will include a written notice of this right and a cancellation form.

7. Site Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to harvest contact information
• Submit spam, viruses, or malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Renovations INC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Our project photos contain embedded copyright metadata and may not be republished without attribution and permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site or its content is error-free, complete, or up to date. Pricing examples, timelines, and product information on the Site may differ from your specific quote.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, Renovations INC's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). For services we perform under a signed work order, our liability is governed by that work order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovations INC, Renovations INC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or relating to your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
